適応と順応
適応とは、環境の変化に応じて行動や考え方を柔軟に変えていくことです。一方、順応とは、環境や状況に受け身の形で慣れ、受け入れることです。適応は能動的な変化であるのに対し、順応は受動的な適応を意味します。
