混同と混合
混同は、本来異なるものを誤って同じものとみなしてしまうことを指します。一方、混合は、複数の異なる物質や要素を物理的に混ぜ合わせることを指します。混同は「区別を誤ること」、混合は「物理的に混ぜること」という違いがあります。

Confusion refers to mistakenly considering things that are actually different as the same. On the other hand, mixing refers to physically mixing multiple different substances or elements.
